There needs to be a law against placing advertisement flyers on parked vehicles.
Most most mornings I pick up litter as I walks dog. In the last 2 weeks 3 different cards were distributed - and many of them I've ended up having to pick up. Ironically the most recent one is an invitation to join City Council candidate Alex Miller-Cole in BEAUTIFYING a park! And this is for Earth Day!!!
