North State contractors apparently dumped Ditch Witch tire treads on corner of Bitternut Trl and Friendly acres drive. It's on property regularly mowed by the city stashed in the brush at the edge of embankment leading to creek. They had equipment parked at this location over a weekend when they were working in this area and I noticed it after they moved through.
