On April 9, 2012, at 1:30 p.m. someone on the side of the road threw an orange construction barrel into traffic traveling south on Lake Shore Drive. The barrel hit our windshield and almost caused a major accident. Fortunately no one was hurt, but the authorities NEED to investigate and catch the criminals.
