The stormwater sewer outside 1031 Tilden St. is clogged with sludge making the road flood when it rains.

Thank you for having this issue addressed, however I hope that the city plans to return to clean up the mess that they pulled out of the clogged sewer, as opposed to leaving it on my yard.
4/30/2012 Richmond Stormwater Management noted as of 4/18/2012, maintenance was performed on 2 storm inlets at the requested location. - rtt.
4/30/2012 A formal request has been submitted to DPU Restoration Management ( Request #20020836776 ) so that an inspection and analysis can take place of the gook that needs to be removed from this yard - rtt
Thank you for having the issue completed. It is frustrating that the city chose not to clean up the mess that they pulled out of the stormwater sewer and instead left the mess on my front yard for me to have to clean up.
While that is nice that it was submitted, the work on this drain occurred 11 days ago and I have since cleaned up the area on my own, since I didnt want trash and huge root/dirt piles on my front yard. Perhaps the folks who perform the work, can simply clean up after themselves.
