Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on May 27th. The owner has seven days to comply and if not the City will have their contractor good in and clean-up the site. The property owner will be billed for the work done

All sorts of issues at 917 and 919 Chestnut. People coming in and out of the place. I mowed 919 Chestnut's front yard once in an effort to help a woman with a baby who claimed she was there cleaning the place. Place just keeps getting dirtier and dirtier.

For sale sign says 917 Chestnut is owned by Rocktop Partners. Has a number for a Stephanie Brown at 817-856-2089.

Saw a boat getting pulled from backyard of 919 Chestnut. We'll see what happens.
