The same RV from Issue ID: 16250104 is back and parked on South Hood Street.
There is a large "Dolphin" RV, a camper with license plate 6892 XD, and 5 other vehicles parked on the side of Hood Street against the railroad tracks. This road is marked (although rather poorly) as a "No Parking Zone".
The Dolphin RV is a repeat offender, as they had parked here during the summer months and again in March 2024.
There are always cars coming and going from this area now and they are leaving garbage all over and all of their vehicles partially block the road.
