This car has not moved for more than 4 days and it belongs to the house on 4139 Penny lane. They have 10-15 cars that are park on Penny lane and taking over the street. Residents can not even park their own cars in front of their house because these cars that belong to 4139 occupy almost all the curb parking of up to 6-8 houses on Penny lane. They are very inconsiderate.
