Due to the construction and related lane closures on the East Medical Center Bridge area, intersection and street segment capacities are reduced. Users in the area are expected to experience significant travel delay. Temporary timing plan was installed to work with reduced capacity. Staff and construction team will be monitoring the condition and will be making adjustments as needed.
