Beschreibung

Saw a cop loitering outside this morning between Hearn street and Malloy. Is any work actually being done or is this all for show? The high pitched noise is still going for over 5 months It is a consistent ringing sound that is emitting from probably this building. Is this a joke or am I hallucinating? How is this still going on?
