This property has been somewhat cleaned up, only after a huge output of effort, the city is finally putting some focus on the property. The back yard is still full of junk, in spite of the owner agreeing to clean up the place. Made quite a negative impression on Easter visitors. This property owner is not responsive.

Today, 7/9 there is rubbish sitting in a plastic bag on the exit stairs, and other trash sitting on top of cans. This house exists in a state of constant sanitation nightmare.
