Again why are the homeless allowed to camp out wherever they want? Start making camps where these folks can go. Until solutions are made it's going to go on and on. What is the mayor and city council doing? How can people in Oakland be proud if all they see is the city dump?

This has been here for months and it has been reported to the City and to Caltrans several times. Why hasn't this been addressed yet?
