Our neighbors dog is barking at 10pm and barks the whole time they are gone and out of the house. This is the second time I’m putting in this notice it is becoming a headache and soon we will have twin babies that will be constantly waking up to that dog

Alleged violations of the animal noise ordinance are addressed by the Queen Creek Police Department on a complaint basis as per the Town Ordinance as follows:
9-6-7 Animal Noise
It is unlawful to keep or harbor any animal which by frequent, habitual or continued barking, yelping or howling, crowing or the making of any noise disturbs the peace of the residential neighborhood. Violation of this Section is a Civil Offense.
The Animal Noise ordinance requires at least two or more complaining neighbors from separate households, willing to be witnesses as to how they are disturbed or otherwise affected by the animal noise. If the barking is constant and requires an immediate response please call the Queen Creek Police non-emergency number at 480-358-3500.
