I completely agree. That parking enforcement needs to improve in this city. Adding permit parking will definitely weed out those with numerous cars that are only collecting dust. Overall, I think the city needs to invest in more parking enforcement officers to address the backlog of reports. Around my neighborhood we have reported numerous vehicles and it takes the city more than a month to respond. That is absurd and something needs to change.

The ticketera passes every week here 3 times a week I live here and see him putting tickets on all residents from a to g and 1st to 12 there’s street sweeps every week on cross streets how does it take a month ? Curious if you live on these street you’d know after 3 pm it hard finding parking but before the streets are empty this is a poverty area with multiple residents per house holds it already bad with the city harrasing residents with more parking violations then repairing the roads and sidewalks or vandalism done in this high polluted prostitution are an maybe your looking for more of a north park environment then you should move there must not be a local to comment about living and parking in the city

Robert, you must not live on C ave between 6th and 7th. It had been MONTHS since tickets were given out here, until just last week when they started again. The street sweeper also doesn't come weekly like they are suppose to.

Robert I live in this area, and I understand it’s a low income area but with that said how can a neighbor have more cars than the norm, and none are being moved and parked in the same spot for months. I wouldn’t mind paying for a parking permit for my one vehicle to be parked near my home. Being considerate of your neighbors doesn’t exist in this neighborhood.
