Linear Park is totally littered with dog feces. The area could benefit from signage reminding people to clean up after their dogs and the associated fines of not doing so. Because individual owners are not acting responsibly, I believe a clean up effort is needed by DPW. It's challenging to take a step off the path without stepping in feces, which is not only a health concern but detracts from our beautiful park.
