The renters, not homeowner, is using commercial machinery at all times day and night to clearcut the property without having a permit issued. They also are digging and disturbing the land, as a large hole in the ground, which is going to cause erosion issues. Tree removal of large mature trees is also going on which is a direct violation of the city ordinances.
With the work being done, especially at night, they are also violating the noise ordinance of the city.
This all needs to be stopped immediately. If not, then precedence is being set for any and all persons who reside in the city to do whatever they please.
