There is a street light here that I think may be electrified at its base. Thr street light is in front of Aya Med Spa, on the left side of the parking lot exit.

My dog went to sniff it, then yelped and jumped back. He was clearly hurt by it, so all I can assume is he was shocked. The cover at the base is broken, and I'm wondering if there's a loose wire or short from the rain.

If the street lights around the square and along Ponce are maintained by GA Power, let me know. I've assumed they handle only the ones on utility poles.
