Behind the VCU 8th Street Deck there are several potholes that need filling. These potholes are not fixed! I just drove up Duval Street this morning. The one large one is so big and about 6 inches deep if not more and has one of those construction barrels sitting in it so people don't hit it. Immediately after the big one there is a smaller one and then at least two more smaller potholes as you continue up the hill - none of which are filled as of 8am today (3/18/2015) Thanks
