When heading straight (east) on Fort Sumter the light doesn't turn green for the straight / right turn lane. People wait several cycles until eventually running the red. The light for the left lane does get a green / yellow arrow. Seems to be a sensor issue, I saw it turn green when someone cut through the left lane trying to go straight.
