So, the last submission we made was closed, but the house and its situation are only getting worse. Substantial trash all over the property, people coming and going constantly, and the house seems to be being dismantled, the squatters have been taking everything out of it and taking down the fence, etc, but the owner seems to be missing. Would be great if the city secured the property. This is a health and safety issue.

Yes, I couldn't agree more. We post here and nothing gets done. If we should start calling the YPD non emergency line, we will. The situation is not good. The squatters tell us the original tenant (owners son) has moved out. The upstairs window is wide open and there is constant traffic in and out of the house and garage.
The city needs to step in and secure the property!
