2005 Nissan Murano SL Ca LIC: 5HQT160 Reg expired DEC 2021 thing has been parked here for years now and belonged to an old resident of the apartment complex across the street whom no longer resides there. One of the neighbors told me they parked it there after the transmission stopped working and left it parked there when they left.

Parking on this block of springs rd and Kentucky street is at a premium right now and people are having a very difficult time finding parking with all these abandoned/disabled/wrecked cars taking up all available parking. Please help us recover some parking as this issue creates a cascading effect throughout the neighborhood and creates hardships on everyone around here.
