As a small business owner in the four corners area I have to apologize to my customers for the nasty homeless people who are not wearing anything from the top down. Parking their shopping carts in the parking spaces. And sleeping on the side walk in the mornings when we come to open up. They poop inside the trash bin areas etc.
Then they are running into the stores stealing the gems. Come on city council members, don’t you all live in this city ? Again murrieta and menifee don’t allow this. What are you waiting for??

The drug situation is an everyday occurrence. I watch a carrier on either a motorcycle, scooter, whatever they choose that day go in and out of the forest at least 4 times a day. Lately, homeless with vehicle's have been camping in the forest. It’s just a matter of time "when " they’ll start a "massive " fire in the forest, and "we" will be running for our lives! That forest needs a complete "overhaul " on clearing dead trees!

Sick of these bums. They belong in jail or a mental hospital. They are worthless.

We need code enforcement 24-7 not just 9-5. Be proactive please - reactive is not working. Can we get some kind of response please mr city manager and counsel members
