LT here is one sign by 11th Street by the tennis courts. I think the real question is how many tickets have been issued for noise violations since last summer.

In the Millview Community

A few signs would be great but there are not in my neighborhood. I'm talking about the Millview Houses not apartments....the quite neighborhood which is before the aparment complex...........Victoria Drive is one of the roads that needs a sign and the other main drive (cant remember the name)

The speed bumps could be fixed by police simply sitting at a corner and setting up a speed traps. The noise is an ongoing issue that neither CPD nor the City seem to want to address. Has the City produced one report of anything online to date? Of course when you don't live in Coatesville it's not really an issues. The City Manger, the Codes Director, the Public Works Director, the Chief of Police all reside outside the City. So it doesn't affect them. Truth hurts.

"they" don't obey the speed limit signs.. why would they obey the noise signs.. My neighbors play loud music outside every day the temp is 55 degrees or more. I placed a call to the police... Nothing happened.. my dishes were rattling in my china closet. What happened to common courtesy!!!
