3rd request for pruning tree branches that fall on the side. tree pruning was done only on the upper part of tree where the electric wires were blocked. person who completed the pruning said "we are only in charged or pruning the branches that interfere with the wiring, the rest is the City's responsibility". the side branches are a hazard for people walking on the sidewalk since they are too low and people need to dodge so the branches don't hit them.
