The porta potty and dumpster at the construction site at 826 E Hargett St. Are blocking the sidewalk. They have allowed mud to build up on the sidewalk which makes it impassable to pedestrians. The construction vehicles are driving over the sidewalks and neighboring driveway, causing mess beyond the construction site.
