we have contacted the bank who is responsible for this property they have been ordered to shovel both sides of the property because it's a corner parcel. Although I do not have the exact time table I plan to hold their feet to the fire to ensure compliance for the safety of the neighborhood

As of 8AM this morning 2/18/15 the sidewalk around this lot has still not been shoveled.

I walked by this property on my way to the bus stop this morning and noticed that el the walkway from the curb to the front door and the driveway out to the street has been shoveled. However, the SIDEWALK still has not been shoveled. I do hope that Bank of America did not report back to LCI that they shoveled the property. The sidewalks are still impassible.

The bank says it has been addressed via an email............

We will inspect

The bank is wrong. Drove by at 415. Not done. Lci do not give up.

We will continue to request that the bank live up to its obligations
