See the problem with traffic enforcement is that you show up when it’s convenient for your office not when violations occur. For example I have been writing to your office for years about parking on Hemingway place during Bishop Woods closure at 2:45 pm to 3:00 pm. I have even spelled out when to check, but you come any time other than then. Same for this. These cars park on the sidewalk after 5 when they return home and on the weekends. It would be nice if you could do your jobs.
