This is not a Traffic Signal issue, but there isn't a category for TA Loving blocking all exits to the neighborhood. Intersection of Glascock and Boundary is blocked so people in the neighborhood have no exit to Wake Forest Road. You can't turn right onto Boundary nor left, and you can't go straight on Glascock to Wake Forest. Does the city in its infinite wisdom have suggestion on how we get to Wake Forest Road?
