Report of an almost constant loud humming sound from this fairly recently installed T-Mobile box. It can be heard through closed windows in my home in Courtyards on Madison. This is noise pollution in a residential area equivalent to an industrial park. The company should be required to build noise mitigating enclosure. Is this up to Code?
