Beschreibung

This memorial (on the grounds of the Department of Health and Human Services building) is supposed to be connected with a Japanese cherry tree. The tree was removed when the grounds were renovated.

Should the memorial be kept? Moved? Should a new cherry tree be planted in place of the old one?
