people continue to dump trash and waste in this yard, which causes rats, animals and bugs from all over to come around. the city claims this is a non-servicable alley even though everyone who lives on it pays taxes. the owner of the house rents it out so they dont have to see it everyday. the renters aren't going to do anything because it's not there yard and property.. its the owners responsibility. When will owners around this area who are all renting and refuse to clean their yards and maintain trash be held accountable? We all deserve to come home in a neighborhood not surrounded by trash and filth.
