There are about 10 unclaimed recycling and trash bins that don’t get put into people’s backyards and it’s unclear if they belong to anyone. The trash and recycling pick ups ignore them and people dump trash in them. They are a major issue with the huge amount of rats in the alley here. Can the city please come and pick up the old trash cans.
