The median plants along Millbrook Road running parallel to the shopping center (Lowes, Petsmart) requires attention. These plantings are overgrown in some places to include encroaching over the line of the road. The shrubs are inconsistent in height and some are damaged presumably by a vehicle. Further, there is litter collecting at the base of these shrubs. It's been this way for YEARS. Unsightly, unkempt and needs to be cleaned and pruned properly.
