Good morning, we treated this area with ice melt on Friday morning, we will continue to monitor it while Code Compliance works with the property owner to solve the problem.

Good morning all,

Inspector Palma issued a violation notice to the property owner regarding the discharge over the public right of way. The difficulty is the property is vacant and the owner has been non responsive and we can not physically correct the violation. We will be issuing a citation regarding this matter and request an abatement order pending court approval. Please be aware that we typically have to wait 3-6 months for court summons. We are doing everything we can in our power to bring this property into compliance.

The sidewalk has been closed with caution tape and cones while this problem is being addressed.

The owner will be issued a municipal infraction citation regarding this matter. It is a vacant property and the owner has not responded to our office as of yet.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our Code Compliance Department's attention. An inspector has investigated the concern and either made contact with the property owner and/or issued a written warning notice. We will continue to monitor the case and ensure it is resolved. Thank you.
