The problem is not fixed yet.
1. One side of the 4 x 4 side walk concrete section has sunken a few inches and became uneven witch can cause someone to stumble over.
2. Over 6 feet of curb next to the mailbox is crumbling and slowly separating. I had tried some concrete mixture without success. The rain and storm-runoff gets under and open the cracks.
Please send someone to do an assessment. Thank you.

Spot curb repairs are the County's responsibility and will take place as identified. Since this work is entirely dependent on the program's annual funding allotment, no reliable timeline can be given - if we can get there before our FY24 funding runs out, we will. The program responsible for this work serves the entire County and has an extensive backlog of work due to the huge area it covers.
Sidewalk damage at this location is not due to a tree in County right of way or a County water/sewer project. As such, any repairs are the responsibility of the abutting property owner per County Code 18.402(a).

Question:
Is property oners of abutting public roads and sidewalks have a duty to keep premises in safe conditions, even though it separated and shared by an Alley
"Or"
A tree has to be down causing adamage?
Please put the issue in more layman's terms to show responsibility if there is one.

Apologies for the delay, William - I'm not entirely certain of your question with regards to the alley. Why don't you give me a call at 410-313-7289 and we can talk your questions through.
I'm out of the office for much of the day, but if you leave me a message I can call you back. I attempted to call the number left with this request but it went right to voicemail.

Question:-
Could this be done with the next physical year budget starting in September or not at all?
