Thank you for your patience with this request! The city has received multiple complaints in regards to leaf collection. I personally have spoken with the higher ups in the Department of Public Works. They are aware that the leaves are still on the ground and need to be collected. A representative from the department stated that "Due to recent weather conditions, the program schedule has fallen behind schedule. Neighborhoods will be re-posted and subsequently the leaves collected.
