Beschreibung

My apartment has been gutted for remediation. No permits. Extensive black toxic mold visible on wall, flooring, studs and insulation. There have been major plumbing leaks, foundation leaks and internal leaks. Unit 2, next to me also presents with visible mold as well as unit 3. The building needs to be declared uninhabitable and an imminent hazard. Inspection is vital.
