Last i checked, divvy users are responsible for this, but divvy doesn't want to alienate their users, and because the city of Chicago doesn't care and won't punish divvy, this will keep happening, right?

Lolol, maybe you didn't read the rules, but it is actually against their policies to just leave them on private property, blocking throughways, etc.

I actually care about my neighborhood and the accessibility of it. Selfish dolts who just care about their convenience only, and don't take responsibility for their actions frustrate me and my neighbors. It's not my responsibility to clean up a lazy person's choices.

Why should we have to suffer this ineptitude?
