The service entry to Whitaker Glen retirement facility is filled with exposed dumpsters, garbage cans and dirty linens piling up. All of this can be viewed from the residential homes on Mills Street. It is an absolute eye sore. I have read the solid waste handbook that indicates dumpsters in residential areas must be enclosed by a 6ft fence/structure or evergreens. Can the city please help enforce this rule. This is hurting our property values. You can see from the picture below the dirty linens piling up. This is directly across from homes on Mills St. in plain sight.
