the trio consists of teenagers 14-17, they ride on sidewalks and cross through properties. I've seen them ride down Lawrence towards State numerous times. Heard that they've been jumping pedestrians on Orange. Where are East Rock's policemen on bikes? Patrol cars can't follow on pursuit.
