This "Pothole" has been there for well over 12 years... that just keeps getting patched... CalTrans or City please fix it correctly!

I have to say that I am a bit dismayed at the lack of attention to this matter. When safety of the public over a 3 sq ft of asphalt get caught up in agency bureaucracy everyone should take notice. So tell me whom do I call to clarify the why movement cannot take place? I want to record all these calls to shed light on the issue.

Sean has explained that Cal Trans only wants the work done at night and that is both expensive for our city and since it is there "turf" they require permits to work on it. So Cal Trans needs to step up and fix the issue.
