Several months ago a construction crew filled in the Ravine next to my lot. Since they filled it in my front yard floods. I have contacted my Home Owners Association (Hawk Ridge) to report this and they were absolutely NO HELP, they said there is nothing they can do and didn't even know who even owns the property. I had this house built just over 1 year ago and when I choose this lot I was told by Eastwood Homes that nothing would be built next to me, now I am faced with this issue. Can you help with this ?

You might as well stop sending reminders to me of this since it has been over 2 years and you have not done anything just like the HOA here
