Garage is rotting, roof caving in. House also rotting, long past preservation. Neighbors have complained about unattended property for 14 YEARS. House & garage do have demo order. Applied to Land Bank for tax foreclosure ($7000 arrears) & side lot program. Was denied. Land Bank persistently refers back to OWE Historic Commission, which has NO power to overturn judge's demo order. It is ruining the entire block - eyesore and crime magnet; destroying property values. Yard is overgrown with weeds & ghetto palms, and is returning to primeval forest. TEAR IT DOWN!
