Sorry no photo, no formats I tried were accepted...but construction work on 231 Essex Street has been dumping a brick-wash slurry, staining the back alley as well as dumping directly into the drain, which likely goes somewhat directly to the harbor/ocean. This stuff is pretty highly concentrated and in large amounts has got to be toxic to marine life. Please address and THANK YOU!!
