Perhaps it would also be possible to check to see if the exterior light on the rear of the house is compliant, as it is on from dusk to dawn, is very bright, and does not appear to be motion activated. I am a neighbor with a back yard that is adjacent to the back yard of the house on Hillcrest.

These lights continue to shine brightly through the entire night into the morning hours. As of 8:00 a.m. this morning, they were still on.

This issue is yet to be resolved. I know that other neighbors have sent a certified letter in complaint. So I am re-sending a complaint about the lighting glare as it now goes from about 4:00 p.m. past 8:30 a.m. and violates what I found in the local ordinances “C.Security Lighting  1.Security lighting is lighting that provides a level of illumination to clearly identify persons or objects and creates a psychological deterrent to unwanted or unsafe activity in the area being protected.2.Security lighting must be directed toward the targeted area, and not adjacent properties.3.Sensor activated lighting must be located in such a manner as to prevent direct glare and lighting into properties of others or into a public right-of-way, and the light must not be triggered by activity off the property.” Greatly appreciated if this can be addressed ASAP.

Light was lowered, bulb is 1650 lumens. Still bright and not on motion sensor.

That isbone light on the side of the house. There are 2 additional lights which have not been adjusted. One is extremely bright and glaring. They are not directed toward the area adjacent to property owners house and are on from late afternoon (4:00 -4:30) until 8:30 in the morning.
