The recliner is still there. Acknowledged, but no action taken.

Do you have a more exact location of this recliner (address)? I do show code enforcement did do an inspection on 09/04/14 but was unable to locate the recliner.

The map here is quite specific and exact. It is on the East side of the street on Cypress between Margaret and Beech just North of the alley. It is unobstructed from view. It is on the boulevard between the sidewalk and street. It is quite obvious and would be incredibly difficult to not see.
