House has been unoccupied for almost two years. Owner has not kept the property in good order, except for cutting the grass occassionally. There is a pile of debris stacked in the back yard that is closest to Mills Street. Other people are beginning to add more trash and yard debris to the pile. Please have him correct these issues.
