Huge rate issue in area, apartment is across from McDonalds and rats have eaten sidewalk and front stairs and have taken shelter in stairs. At night hoards of them (observed 4 at a time) come out of stairs and block safe exit from front door of english basement. Please kill/bait/trap asap and take care of large problem in the area and under public sidewalks.
