This issue is not in front of a home. It is a sidewalk in front of McDonalds on a very busy public sidwalk. The cover is now completely missing. I am concerned that it has not been fixed and poses a hazard for walkers

I also contact corporate offices at McDonalds to let them know your feedback regarding who is responsible in case there is liability
