Why have you closed this problem? The tree is at the corner of 311 Hillcrest and Park Dr. It has been not been safe for several years. It has so many dead limbs it is bound to create problems especially in the coming weather. The other oak tree is not as bad but it won't last forever.

Why is this issue going for closed? At least tell us why they took down dead branches several years ago but now you just close it. We have a totally dead tree close by and nothing has happened even though this was comment on at least twice.
