Illegal dumping encroaches onto narrow road causing traffic to bottleneck on narrow road riddled with potholes on edge of road; a road hazard for this reason alone. This illegal dumping has several visible diapers that is a breeding ground for disease. Must be picked up asap due to health hazard. I suggest COH placing cameras on this particular road as this is always the case of illegal dumping.
